ROBOTFLY SYSTEM became part of the Robotfly group in 1999, building on decades of industrial expertise rooted in the legacy of Profilage SIGA, a Canadian company founded in 1967. Known for its mastery in designing and manufacturing custom machinery, particularly roll-forming solutions for metal profiles—this heritage continues to shape Robotfly’s innovation today.
The company now focuses on the development and production of the ROBOTFLY cell, alongside advanced custom robotic systems and specialized industrial machines tailored to unique production needs. With a strong engineering foundation and a commitment to precision, Robotfly delivers reliable, future-ready automation solutions for modern manufacturing.

This all-in-one robot cell finally makes it possible to combine small series and robotics at the same time.
This product was designed according to the expectations of many manufacturers wishing to automate their production while maintaining the flexibility of their business. It is with this in mind that our engineers developed this mobile cell to allow rapid change (which can be less than 15 minutes) from one machine to another depending on production needs. In order to optimize the robot's capabilities as much as possible, additional functions such as deburring or part inspection can be integrated and operated in hidden times.
